Phi Sigma Rho can help provide a balance between a tough academic curriculum and social endeavors. It is made up of a network of women who have found intimate friendships and support within a large University that can seem overwhelming and distant. Through the laughter, tears, and accomplishments that they have shared together, the sisters of Phi Sigma Rho have grown into professional women ready to face the world. The memories and friendships that have been created within this organization will stay with each member forever.

We host our recruitment (also known as rush) in the Spring Semester of each school year. Here are the requirements to complete the recruitment process:

Phi Sigma Rho hosts a two week rush period that starts at the beginning of the spring semester. Potential New Members are required to attend at least 2 events, but we would love to see you at them all! You will also need to complete an Individual Recruitment Meeting scheduled outside of the rush events. More details about dates, times, and locations of the rush events will be posted to our website (calendar) and facebook page and will be emailed out through the college of engineering closer to recruitment!

Every Fall semester we host 3 open social events on campus for people who are interested in rushing in the spring to meet our sisters and learn more about our values and organization. We encourage anyone who wants to learn more about Phi Sigma Rho at UF to come out to our open socials! Previously we have had a pumpkin painting social, s'mores social, and cupcake decorating social to get to know Potential New Members. Dates and locations for our open socials will be posted on our calendar and facebook page.
